What is aesthetic dermatology ?
Dermatology is a medical-surgical speciality of the skin. It is only natural that the science of dermatology together with plastic surgery are the specialization for aesthetic treatment. Nevertheless, even if every dermatologist knows how to diagnose and treat diseases of the skin, not all of them know the techniques of aesthetic treatments. More studies are necessary after the ten years that it takes to become a dermatologist !

Aesthetic dermatology, for whom ?
Most flaws can be corrected by aesthetic dermatology.
- For the youngest, acne scars, angiomas, localized fat cushions , hair removal
- Later, wrinkles and lines – Botox for expression lines – fillers for lines due to age, sun damage on face, chest and hands, hormonal hyperpigmentation (pregnancy mask), grey complexion, dilated pores, greasy skin, hair removal, hair loss, double chin, fat cushions, permanent make up, spider veins on face and legs.
- Still later, deep lines, sagging of the features and some areas of the body.

And for the men ?
Men are also interested in being treated by aesthetic dermatology. What is most often asked for are: Botox for the lines on the brow, lipolysis of the chin and hair transplants.
